Erato has finally come back! (Does triumphant dance) Anyways, after weeks, months and years of writer's/artist's block, I have at last been inspired again. Poetry has finally caught my eye, and being me, I just had to try this new form of writing. It's been quite successful, if I dare say so myself. I've come up with two poems after listening to Rescued, Hanging by a Moment and Chasing Cars for hours on repeat. My sister is really good at drawing. I mean, insanely good. It almost makes me jealous, but my photos and writing are good enough for me. My mom can also draw, play the erhu, and has a good ear. My dad apparently sings. That really got me thinking. I know my family is a talented bunch of wackos, but I never wondered how much.
